  1. Advance Notice: To avoid a Late Cancellation or No Show fee, please cancel or reschedule appointments with more than 3 hours' notice.

  2. Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 3 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service value.

  3. No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to call or text to cancel or reschedule, a fee of 90% of the booked service value will be charged.
